The founders possessed the experience and knowledge needed to lay the foundation for what would become one of America's largest and most respected Ladder, Scaffold, and Truck Equipment distributor and upfitter. We serve the eastern half of the United States from our 6 distribution centers. Most of our deliveries are done on our own company vehicles for a far better customer experience. Today, we are proud to have three generations of family members involved in operating the company. The Branch Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of employees, inventory, business operations and more. Their main goals are to keep the store looking professional and orderly, attract new business, and keep current customers happy. They have to love working with people in this position, and they must have a natural business acumen.

As a Branch Manager you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial conversation to closing. This position provides opportunities to work closely with businesses as well as individual customers, equipping them with the product they need to complete their work. Work with customers in our retail shop, in the field, at customers offices, and on job sites. Benefits Work schedule is 40-45 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the company's customer base Understand the company's products and customers Offer product recommendations to generate sales Actively grow accounts in the regional area. This includes a pre-existing customer base Prospect and develop new business relationships via phone and email Handle inbound calls from customers Understand each customer's needs to provide product solutions Work with wholesale (B2B), end user, and internet customers Maintain accurate sales logs and sales reports (CRM) Follow up with customers to maintain the business relationship Assist with processing outbound orders and inbound shipments Support truck and van equipment installations as needed, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Conduct occasional outside sales visits to customer locations to support business development efforts, maintain client relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.

Compensation :
