$17.00 per hour

Day Shift:

You'll juggle calls, meetings, and projects with calm confidence while keeping things running smoother than morning coffee What Gets You in the Door 1 year of data entry and accounts payable experience Route reconciliation experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas What You'll Do Perform route reconciliation and ensure accuracy of daily records Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally Enter and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy Assist with invoicing and accounts payable processes Maintain monthly logs and reports Support sales team with administrative tasks Assist with receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting visitors Complete general clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and document management Perform other duties as assigned What's in It for You (
