Full-Time Position Overview The Tolliver Group, Inc. (TTGI) is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support the Vice President of Finance and Accounting with day-to-day accounting operations. This role will assist with financial reconciliations, travel and expense review, and other accounting functions that support accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist with general accounting tasks including account reconciliations and financial record maintenance Review and reconcile employee travel expenses and related documentation Support month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Assist with processing transactions and resolving discrepancies Work closely with the Vice President of Finance and Accounting to support accounting operations Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations Provide administrative and reporting support for accounting processes as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required 3+ years of accounting or finance experience preferred Unanet experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills
