Full-Time Pay rate: Around $21/hour ～ DOE Benefit Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with monthly and annual closing activities Purchase order (PO) processing and vendor communication Sales & Use Tax filings Customs-related documentation and research Inventory review and accounting adjustments Rebate processing and spare parts inventory management Support tax filing preparation and project-related invoicing Requirements Fluent Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) required Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and Outlook Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Accounting experience is a plus, but not required
