Current certification as a Surgical Tech required
COVID-19
vaccination required per facility standards Minimum of 2 years' recent OR experience preferred Ability to respond quickly and precisely under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment Assist surgical team before, during, and after procedures Ensure accurate counts for instruments and supplies Adhere to strict infection control protocols Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and support staff
