Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions efficiently.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of account balances.
- Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to manage and organize financial data.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking budgets while identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide support during audits by organizing and presenting necessary documentation.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting practices and tools to enhance operations.
