Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech program; national certification required At least 2 years of recent experience in the operating room setting strongly preferred Proven proficiency with
COVID-19
protocols and infection control standards Ability to quickly adjust to fast-paced, high-acuity environments Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
Scrub for a range of surgical procedures, demonstrating knowledge of sterile technique Support surgeons and clinical team by preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies Uphold patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality throughout perioperative care Ensure operating room is cleaned, organized, and ready for each case Adhere to all facility and regulatory guidelines, especially those pertaining to
COVID-19
