Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in South Chandler. This well-established company is known for its reputation of excellence and offers a friendly and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Full cycle AP processing, ensuring all accounts payable activities are conducted efficiently and accurately. Maintaining attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and vendors. Employing solid Excel skills for data management and reporting purposes. Supporting other finance and accounting duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the department. Qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle AP experience in a multi-entity environment. High School diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail is essential. Proficient in Excel with the ability to manage data effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, first shift hours. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $24.00 to $30.00, based on experience and qualifications. Additional Details This position is 100% in-office, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team in a collaborative environment.
