LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 80 locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.Benefits:

Non-Exempt General Summary of Duties:
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring the timely payment of the company's expenses and liabilities. Accounts Payable Clerk will work closely with the AP Supervisor and must possess meticulous attention to detail and accuracy skillset.Essential Functions:
Maintain centralized purchasing/accounts payable master system, including vendor creation, blocking, purging and maintenance, terms establishment, and account reconciliation Implement, maintain, and utilize invoice retrieval system Research and resolve issues and exceptions Assist with denied invoices, invoice responsibility dates, etc. Maintain complete electronic files of invoices, forms, guides, and order electronic documents Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures with all necessary internal controls surrounding financial transactions and approval authorizations as delegated by management Assist with month-end close Evaluate reports and verify discrepancies to resolve billing issues Tax and Audit preparation Delete RSM Other duties as assigned Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Education:
HS Diploma, BS preferredExperience:
2+ years accounts payable or general accounting experience.Requirements:
