Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee commercial collections to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Apply cash receipts to appropriate accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing functions and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize delinquencies.
- Generate and review invoices to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable activity for management review.
- Maintain organized documentation of transactions and communications with clients.
- Support audits and reconciliations by providing accurate financial information.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments promptly and professionally.
