Accounts Receivable Specialist•
Construction Location:
Anaheim, CA (On-site)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00
PM Salary:
$50,000•$58,000

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with matching, Profit Sharing About the Role We are a recognized leader in the construction and building materials industry, and we're looking for someone who knows how construction finance works — not just accounts receivable basics. If you have hands-on experience with California Preliminary Notices, lien waivers, and lien releases, you'll fit right in. This is a full-time, on-site position on a collaborative finance team in Anaheim with real long-term potential. What Makes This Role Different This isn't a generic AR role. You'll be working directly with construction lien compliance, which requires specific industry knowledge: Processing California Preliminary Notices accurately and on time Preparing Conditional and Unconditional Lien Waivers and Releases Understanding the lien law requirements that protect both the company and its customers Key Responsibilities Process California Preliminary Notices accurately and on time Prepare and execute Conditional and Unconditional Lien Waivers and Releases Respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with account reconciliations Support clients with online payment tools and account-related questions Perform light collections and follow up on past-due accounts professionally Maintain accurate customer and account records in Microsoft CRM Dynamics Assist with workflow management in the Kinetics system Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies Support daily finance and credit operations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or construction finance Knowledge of California Preliminary Notice requirements and lien release processes (required) Prior experience in construction or building materials industry strongly preferred Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Office 365 Kinetics system experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Profit sharing Paid sick time Why Join Us Stable, growing company that is a recognized leader in the industry Competitive pay and a strong benefits package Collaborative team with a supportive culture Long-term career growth potential for the right person If you have construction AR experience and are looking for a stable long-term opportunity with a company that values what you know, we'd love to hear from you.
