Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in managing daily office tasks, handling financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and team members alike. Duties Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software Perform data entry, invoicing, billing, and expense tracking to ensure precise bookkeeping Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files both digitally via Google Workspace and physically Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for staff and clients Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent service at all times Maintain a well-organized office environment by managing supplies, overseeing filing systems, and supporting clerical tasks efficiently Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management procedures for accounting or wealth management is a plus, but not required Exceptional typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks Knowledge of office etiquette, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills will make a real impact! $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
