The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish) have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in computers, 10key, punctual, and responsible. Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple steady accounts, as well as year end accounts that are serviced for the preparation of Income Tax .
• Prepare and analyze profit & loss statement, disbursement journal, check runs, cc runs, Debit runs, and income statements.
• Preparation of Sales Tax returns, Use Tax, minor assistant in Permit Dept.
• 1099 preparation Qualifications
• Previous experience in accounting
• Knowledge of governmental accounting practices is a plus
• Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping principles
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, 10-key
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping concept
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Abel to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Presentable work ethic, common sense, and punctual
