Team player at end of quarter assisting in data entry Permit Dept. We are interested in an individual willing to focus and put interest in the position. Being prompt, and turning in clean cut work for this is what we are known for. The job consist of handling multiple companies-mainly trucking companies. All accounts will have their special needs however the process and technique to get the job done is the same.
Knowledge in bookkeeping is required; the sorting of accounts, disbursement reports, check runs, deposit runs, debit runs, cash runs, to finalize to a profit & loss report. This is a fast-paced office, your day is full of activity and goes by extremely fast. We have a friendly and professional environment. We all work very hard to keep our clients happy. You can count on always having a position. We just made our 30th year this past November 2025 and have not closed our door since 1995. We look forward in meeting you. Thank you
