The ideal candidate will have strong invoice processing experience, excellent accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate AP records Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative accounting tasks Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed

Qualifications:
