$19.00•$21.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support daily logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients, warehouse teams, and transportation providers to ensure smooth order processing and timely communication. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates who are interested in developing a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and delivery schedules Process customer orders and update information in internal systems (WMS/ERP) Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays or issues Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation Support cross-functional teams including operations, dispatch, and accounting when needed Qualifications High school diploma or above (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email communication Ability to work onsite in a warehouse/office environment Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Bilingual in English and Chinese is required Previous internship or experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations Familiarity with
