This is a part-time, temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities include:

Entering and reconciling transactions in QuickBooks Online Downloading and importing digital bank statements Creating rules in QuickBooks to streamline data entry Inputting paper bank statements when needed Reconciling accounts accurately and on time What we're looking for: Basic knowledge of accounting principles Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn—training provided for the right candidate Ability to work on-site in our office

Compensation:

$18-$25/hour (depending on experience) We need someone who can start right away. If you're reliable, motivated, and looking for an opportunity that could turn into a permanent role, we'd like to meet you.
