Duties Accounts payable and receivable functions including paying vendors and collections. Utilize double-entry bookkeeping methods to maintain financial records accurately. Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support audit processes. Collaborate with other members of the accounting team on various tasks. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in accounting or related field is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with account reconciliation and analysis techniques. A degree in accounting or some course studies is preferred. This is a permanent full-time non-exempt in person position.
