Job DescriptionJob Description Automotive products company in City of Industry, CA is currently seeking a dependable and qualified individual in our Accounting Department.

Daily General Accounting Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Invoicing of Sales and Inventory Transfer Activity
• Calculating Shipping Amounts and Generating Shipping Labels
• Process Receipt of Customer Payments by Check, Credit Card, Cash
• Document Scanning, Emailing, Faxing, Copying and Filing
• Preparing Monthly Statement Billings to Accounts
• Calling on Accounts for Payment Collection
• Reconciling Vendor Bills for authorized expenses
• Prepare Monthly Summaries for Tax and Commission Payments
• Other Administrative Duties The skills needed to successfully perform duties of the position include:
• Fast Typing of Alpha-Numeric
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
• Quantitative, Analytical, Verbal and Written Skills
• Organized, Detail Oriented and Can Prioritize Times to meet daily deadlines
• Positively work in team settings within the finance department as well as with other departments' personnel

Working Hours :

M-F 8:30-5pm
