Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entriesReconcile bank and credit card accounts and investigate discrepanciesProcess invoices, payments, expense reports, and depositsAssist with month-end close and prepare financial reports for management reviewMaintain payroll records and support payroll processing as neededTrack expenses, budgets, and other financial transactionsEnsure documentation is complete and organized for audits and compliance purposesSupport process improvements to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency
