Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive and process food and beverage invoices within inventory system (EATEC). Track and maintain log of invoices turned in for processing from purchasing storerooms. Liaison between Purchasing and Accounting to ensure invoices are captured correctly and paid timely. Update Purchase Orders to reflect current pricing of goods as needed. Must be available and able to work special events. Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Computer and strong math skills with fast, accurate typing for data entry. Able to learn and retain information for coding of invoices. Good communication skills. Must be able to multi-task.

Desired Skills:

Some experience in Accounts Payable in the Hospitality Industry preferred but not necessary. EATEC experience a plus. Why work for
