Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review all incoming invoices, verify accuracy coding and input into accounting system. Match incoming invoices with purchase orders and receipts. Resolve any discrepancies or disputes that may arise with vendors or internal departments. Communication with internal departments to ensure that invoice information is accurate and appropriate. Prepares and processes accounts payable on a regular basis including check payments. Maintain vendor files and contacts vendor or client files and contracts. Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances, collaborating with vendors to resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain spreadsheets for Vendor/Carrier inquiry spreadsheet. Filling accounts payables and other finance related documents. Monitors and verifies account numbers to ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts used. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable. Answers general inquiries from vendors and internal customers. Assist with projects or ad hoc requests as needed. Other duties as assigned. Must be willing to travel once a week to Fresno, CA office

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
