Job Description

Location:
El Monte, CA Job Type:
Full-time We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. Candidates must be fluent in Chinese .and able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents Data entry and maintain accounting records Assist with payroll and expense reports Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments Support daily office and administrative operations
Qualifications:
Must be able to speak and read Chinese Basic accounting knowledge preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and responsible Previous office or accounting experience is preferred
