Job Description
A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections, payment posting, account reconciliation, and customer account maintenance. This position plays a vital role in supporting company cash flow and maintaining positive customer relationships.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy investigating account discrepancies while working collaboratively with clients and internal departments.
ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & CollectionsMonitor customer balances and aging reportsContact customers regarding outstanding invoicesApply and post customer paymentsInvestigate billing discrepancies and payment issuesReconcile customer accounts and resolve variancesGenerate AR reports for management reviewFinancial AdministrationMaintain customer account recordsSupport month-end reporting activitiesAssist with credit reviews and account setupCollaborate with billing and accounting teams
