Paid Time Off begins accruing the moment you join our team Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Job Responsibilities Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards Manage and reconcile AR schedules and balances that pertain to the parts warehouse. Research and resolve AR discrepancies and chargebacks Communicate with business manager and GM regarding receivables on a weekly basis Assist with filing at the dealership two days a week

Schedule:

This is a full‑time position , Monday through Friday. Day shift schedule; no weekends . 3 days per week will be spent in our warehouse, and the other 2 in our dealership.
