Accounts Receivable Specialist

New Classic Furniture is looking for an accurate, reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. We are a wholesale furniture company offering stylish, quality-built Living Room, Dining Room, and Bedroom furniture to major retailers and eCommerce customers throughout North and South America. What You'll Do In this role, you will help manage customer payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve payment issues.

Typical responsibilities include:

Reviewing aging reports and contacting customers for payment updates Applying payments and processing credit card charges Working with factors such as CIT and Wells Fargo to research payments and shortages Investigating short payments with sales reps, customer service, and other departments Entering payment status notes and following up until issues are resolved What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating by phone and email.

Helpful skills and experience include:
