- Data entry A/P invoices to QuickBooks Desktop.
- Invoice filing and management
- Answer back up phones Requirements Requirements (Skills/Experience/Education)
- Strong QuickBooks
- Intermediate MS Office
- Word Excel
- Experience working with multiple entities
- Knowledge of farming/commercial real estate preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
