Responsibilities:
Organize financial documents and company records Track credit cards, debit cards, balances, payments, due dates, and interest Assist with loan and lender paperwork Help prepare basic underwriting documents Follow up with lenders, brokers, clients, and vendors Manage reminders, tasks, emails, and calendar follow-ups Assist with QuickBooks organization Attend real estate and investor networking events when needed Help build relationships with lenders, brokers, investors, and real estate professionals
Requirements:
Basic understanding of credit cards, debit cards, interest, payments, and loans Strong organization skills Professional communication and writing skills Comfortable using email, Outlook, Excel, and basic office software Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Real estate, lending, accounting, or investment experience is a plus Must be professional and comfortable attending business/networking events
Schedule:
Part-time position.
Pay:
$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus opportunity every 3 months based on performance.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
