Job Description

Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking an A/R Coordinator to join their team. As an A/R Coordinator, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable Department supporting the finance and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

8 What's the Job? Handle cash and payment application processes accurately and efficiently Manage accounting and bookkeeping tasks related to accounts receivable Accumulate, sort, and file receivable documentation to facilitate research and reconciliation Prepare, print, and process invoices in a timely manner Verify invoice adjustments and record deposits, transfers, voids, and NSF checks What's Needed? High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education Experience in cash handling and payment application Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures Ability to manage processing operations within an Accounts Receivable Department Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What's in it for me?
