  • Temp-to-hire Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Bookkeeper to assist their team.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $38.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable accounts receivable bank reconciliations and general ledger updates. Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports while maintaining accurate supporting documentation. Support payroll processing and maintain related records filings and reporting requirements. Monitor expenses track trends and provide updates to leadership on financial activity. Maintain organized financial records communicate with vendors and customers and support inventory related tracking.
Requirements:
5+ years of bookkeeping experience with strong understanding of full cycle processes. Demonstrate working knowledge of accounting principles and apply them consistently in daily tasks. Use QuickBooks and Excel confidently to manage records and prepare financial reports. Work independently as a primary accounting support resource while coordinating with external advisors. Communicate clearly and manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications:
Maintain high attention to detail and ensure financial data is accurate organized and audit ready. Build effective working relationships with vendors customers and internal stakeholders. Analyze financial activity and provide basic insights to support decision making. Manage deadlines efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a structured environment.
