Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform invoice matching, coding, and data entryPrepare and process weekly check runs and electronic paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors regarding payment inquiriesMaintain organized AP files and supporting documentationAssist with month-end close activitiesSupport the accounting team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed
