Operations Associate BB Event Productions - Bay Area, CA Job Description BB Event Productions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our warehouse operations, event logistics, and equipment management. This role plays an important part in ensuring event materials are properly prepared, transported, and returned in an organized and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting the overall success of our events and operations team. Responsibilities Pull and stage inventory for upcoming events Load and unload event equipment and materials Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas Ensure all equipment is returned to designated locations after events Assist with event logistics and transportation coordination Support delivery and return of event materials to and from event sites Assist with fleet upkeep and organization of company vehicles/equipment Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event preparation and execution Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to lift and move event equipment/materials as needed Valid driver's license preferred Warehouse or event industry experience is a plus, but not required About BB Event Productions BB Event Productions is a full-service event production and décor company serving corporate and social events throughout the Bay Area. We specialize in creating memorable experiences through event décor, photobooths, DJ services, coordination, rentals, and more. Schedule Full-time / Part-time available Weekday and weekend availability may be required based on event schedules
