We're a fast-moving company in the transportation industry , and we need an AP & AR Specialist who can keep our invoices clean, payments flowing, and vendors/customers happy while our teammate is out on maternity leave. Onsite:

Jurupa Valley Pay rate : $18 to $20/hr (Open to teach some accounting functions) What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred) 2+ years of AP, AR, or billing experience Transportation or logistics experience is a big plus Solid understanding of accounting principles and cash management Comfortable with Excel, Outlook, Word , and ERP/TMS systems (Acumatica & Magnus experience = bonus points) Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Strong written and verbal communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
