This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys a mix of collections, data entry, customer communication, and general accounting support within a fast-paced transport and materials storage environment. The Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting operations by helping ensure accurate records, timely follow-up, and strong internal and external communication. Key Responsibilities Perform collections activities and follow up with customers in a professional and timely manner. Complete accurate data entry for accounting-related transactions and records. Communicate efficiently with customers to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support constructive teamwork across internal departments. Assist with accounting tasks and assigned deadlines under the direction of the Controller. Perform additional duties as needed to support accounting operations and business needs.
