Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial operations, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent computer literacy, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth accounting processes and exceptional customer support. As an integral part of our organization, you will help maintain accurate financial records, assist with bookkeeping duties, and provide administrative assistance across various departments. Responsibilities Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and accurately via phone or email Organize and file financial documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently for easy retrieval Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory control Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing filing systems, and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred, especially in accounting or finance environments Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is highly desirable Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced setting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles such as medical or dental receptionist is beneficial Demonstrated phone etiquette skills along with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will make a real difference!
