Candidates will have the opportunity to work for a well-established commercial real estate company that manages over four million square feet of office, industrial, and retail assets. Responsibilities Daily review and organization of mailed-in and electronic invoices Processing 100-150 invoices each day in the Yardi software platform Inspect invoices to ensure accuracy and payments are made on time Maintain vendor and utility relationships, and promptly address any inquiries or discrepancies in invoicing Process checks and online electronic payments for all approved invoices Establish and facilitate online electronic (ACH) payments for utility accounts Requirements Full-time in-office position in Lake Forest, California A minimum of five years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, with a strong track record of processing a high volume of invoices Proficient in utilizing the Yardi software platform for processing payables A strong attention to detail and high level of organization in daily responsibilities The ability to collaborate with a team of Accountants and Property Management staff Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills
