Pay Range:

$22 per hour Pacific Coast Producers, a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable & Purchasing Clerk for our Production Facility in Lodi, CA. In this temporary role, you will be providing critical administrative assistance to our purchasing department.

Pay Rate:

$22 per hour. This is an on-site, temporary role out of our Production Facility in Lodi, CA. What You'll Do Validate pricing, quantities, and freight details to ensure every customer invoice is correct before it goes out. Assist with processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments. Support the purchasing team by accurately entering purchase orders (POs) into our system and assisting with related documentation. Maintain precise financial and purchasing records, ensuring all data entry matches internal standards. Partner closely with AP and Purchasing team members to keep workflows moving efficiently during peak season. Skills That Will Help You Succeed A natural knack for numbers and a high level of accuracy. Proficient in JD Edwards. Proven experience in Accounts Payable processing. Hands-on experience or familiarity with purchasing workflows, specifically entering purchase orders. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software systems and processes. Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
