• Accounts Payable to support a public sector accounting team in Martinez.

This temporary role focuses on accounts payable processing, expense report review, and financial document control, with daily use of Workday and Excel. The position offers steady hours and hands-on experience in a structured accounting environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process vendor invoices in Workday
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and proper coding
• Maintain accounts payable logs and contract tracking spreadsheets
• Scan, file, and organize financial documents
• Audit receipt logs for assigned fiscal districts
• Provide general accounting and clerical support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience
• Experience processing invoices and expense reports
• Workday experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet tracking
• High attention to detail and ability to follow financial procedures
