POSITION OVERVIEW

Modesto Toyota is seeking an Accounting & Office Administrator, with experience in the automotive industry. We are seeking a reliable individual to perform both administrative and accounting duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years' automotive accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy. Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily filing duties. Process the store's daily deposit. Post and process payable and receivable invoices. Audit vendor files for W-9. Reconciliation of all vendor accounts, statements, etc. Review and maintenance of schedules. Process 8300 filings. Complete the end of month count. Performing other duties, when required and as assigned.

RATE OF PAY

$20.00 - $24.00 / DOE

WORK LOCATION

This position is headquartered in Modesto, CA.
