Modesto, CA Job Summary:

The Level IV Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization. The Level IV Clerk provides support in the Accounts Receivable department by maintaining the accurate and timely collection of receivables and ensuring that all applicable policies and regulations are adhered to. The Clerk is the liaison with applicable vendors, agencies, and other company departments. This position makes journal entries and reconciliations and ensures the proper processes and protocols are followed with regards to company receivables. This position prepares and presents reports/analyses to upper management.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Applies customer payments Researches and solves payment discrepancies Processes credit card payments and credits Makes adjustments to accounts as needed Prepares weekly manual deposits Prepares weekly reports Prepares journal entries and reconciliations Researches variances in P&Ls and Consolidated Financial Statements Copying, filing, faxing Performs other duties as assigned Some of our competitive offerings include generous benefits packages (Health, Dental, Vision, Life and

Hiring pay range:
