Job Description
Description Robert Half is partnering with a well-established automotive dealership in National City to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for long-term stability. What you'll be doing
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, receiving)
- Manage vendor communication and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and assist with weekly check runs
- Ensure proper approvals and maintain organized documentation
- Support month-end close, including reconciliations Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with ERP systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is a plus)
