Job Description
Description Robert Half is working with a growing dealership in National City to find an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract-to-hire role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cash applications, reconciliations, and keeping accounts clean and accurate. What you'll be doing
- Post daily cash receipts and customer payments
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Requirements
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or cash applications experience
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage volume and meet deadlines
- Experience in a dealership or high-transaction environment is a plus
