ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Accounts PayableProcess vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyReview and code invoices to appropriate GL accountsMatch purchase orders, receipts, and invoicesPrepare weekly payment batchesMaintain vendor records and W-9 documentationResolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiriesReporting & ReconciliationAssist with month-end AP reconciliationsMonitor AP aging reportsSupport audit requests and documentation gatheringMaintain organized accounting records
