Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Provides admin support to sales in LA office Assist Senior Bookkeeper to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or NetSuite accounting software Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in QuickBooks or NetSuite Assist Senior Bookkeeper to reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis Paying Vendor Invoices and reconciling any differences Assist Senior Bookkeeper to verify the accuracy of business accounts and alerting management to errors Assist with forecasting activities Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation Provide support for payroll processing Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects, contributing to overall office efficiency. Implement and maintain office procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Speaking mandarin is strong plus, but not must Knowledgeable in QuickBooks or NetSuite Computer skills, proficient with spreadsheets, Excel, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or NetSuite) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to explain complex financial matters in accessible terms Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
