Job Description
Future Healthcare Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations across multiple healthcare entities. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in West Palm Beach, working closely with the accounting team.
POSITION

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
WHAT THE ROLE COVERS
Full AP and AR transaction cycle across multiple affiliated entities:
•
AP:
vendor invoice processing and GL/entity coding, routing for approval, weekly check runs and ACH batches, vendor files and
W-9/1099
tracking, resolving vendor and statement discrepancies
- AR: client and inter-entity invoicing, cash application, deposit reconciliation, aging monitoring and past-due follow-up
- Support for month-end close, accruals, and account reconciliations
MUST HAVE
- 2+ years hands-on AP and AR experience
- Accounting software proficiency ([QuickBooks / specify]) and strong Excel
- Accuracy at volume; comfortable working across multiple entities without mixing up records
- Discretion with confidential financial information
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Healthcare, medical practice, or MSO / multi-entity accounting background
- Familiarity with payer remittances or revenue cycle workflows
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business
