This role is ideal for someone who is organized, discreet, client-focused, and comfortable working in a polished professional office environment. The position combines accounting support, administrative coordination, and general office assistance, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Support Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and billing documentation Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems Support month-end and year-end administrative accounting tasks Assist with document preparation for internal reviews and external partners Office & Administrative Support Provide front-office and administrative support to advisors and operations staff Answer phones, greet clients professionally, and manage incoming correspondence Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed Support compliance and confidentiality standards common in wealth management environments Qualifications Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and support multiple team members in a fast-paced office Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping software Associate's degree or relevant coursework in
