Accounting Clerk East Bay, CA (Onsite) Join our growing team! Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support their day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Enter and maintain financial data with accuracy Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking Support month-end closing activities Maintain organized accounting records and files Respond to vendor and customer inquiries Assist with additional administrative and accounting projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Why Join Us?
