Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to- accounting responsibilities, including recording transactions and managing accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Conduct regular reconciliation balance sheets, bank accounts, and general ledgers regularly. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Reconcile sales and deposits, posting in accounting software. Assist in month-end closing procedures. Contribute to improving financial procedures and processes Experience Proven experience in corporate accounting or environments with a strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Familiarity with a variety of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar platforms. Strong grasp of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data entry and account reconciliation accurately under tight deadlines. Excellent math skills combined with analytical thinking for account analysis and financial reporting tasks.
