What's it all about: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accountant with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and vendor relations to support a busy commercial and residential property management company.
Duties and responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day accounting functions across multiple properties Ensure accurate financial tracking, and strong relationships with vendors, tenants, and internal teams Must be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Accounts Payable, including reviewing, coding, and issuing payments Accounts Receivable, including tenant billing, rent collection tracking Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties and entities Communicate regarding invoices, payments and service issues Support month-end and year-end close processes Aging reports, and assist with collections and vendor payments Compliance with policies, lease agreements, and accounting procedures Collaborate with managers and internal teams to ensure accurate financials Provide documentation and support during audits and financial reviews
Qualifications:
1-3 years of accounting, preferably in property management or real estate AP/AR processes in a multi-entity or multi-property environment is a plus Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and vendor management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Wage:
$35 to $40/Hr. DOE to start! Apply now!
