No Job Description We're looking for Accounts Payable Clerks who are excited to support essential hospital operations with precision and care. In this role, you'll compile and review accounts payable documents, match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports, verify accuracy, and respond to vendor and employee inquiries. Your work helps ensure financial transactions are processed efficiently and with integrity. Key Responsibilities Compile and review accounts payable documents Match invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports Verify computational accuracy and prepare checks Enter invoices for check generation Respond to employee and vendor inquiries Resolve discrepancies between vendor and hospital accounts Provide general ledger and clerical support to the Controller Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
